Who  Ranked #7 for Quality of Life by Jesse Tam.  Based on the survey from US News and Word Report, these are factors for where people may make their decisions for moving. The Quality of Life rankings were compiled, which include crime rates, quality and availability of health care, quality of education, well-being and average morning commute time.
